Regional Sales Manager (US West Coast - Remote)

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Regional Sales Manager who can connect our groundbreaking technology with the right customers and help accelerate our market growth. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the west coast territory.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, or related technology fields
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
