Software Engineering Manager, Core Platform

We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineers in our Core Platform team, ensuring they deliver on business goals while building scalable, high-quality systems that delight our customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years managing engineering teams
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software systems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people management skills, with experience mentoring engineers and fostering career growth
• Experience with metrics-driven development, such as building dashboards or tracking KPIs like first-pass yield or bug resolution SLAs
• Familiarity with robotics or hardware/software integration (preferred but not required)
