Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects across multiple engineering teams
• Experience as a staff engineer in a large software organization
• Deep expertise in architecting, developing, and operating distributed systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive simplicity and ability to identify organizational-level technical risks
