The AI Chapter Lead will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI technologies for wealth and retail banking. The role involves designing, crafting, and optimizing AI solutions to generate accurate and informative outputs. The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in Financial Services, proficiency in Data & Analytics, and knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM Evaluation/Observability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and Prompt engineering, Conversation banking, RAG pipeline and Agentic AI
- Experience in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience in client personalization, digital analytics and recommendation systems
- 5+ years in Digital & technology implementations
- Proven experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology
