The Assistant Manager will be responsible for processing and reconciling corporate actions, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of dividends, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics or any related field.
- 5 years of experience in corporate actions, settlements or securities operations
- Demonstrate understanding of wealth products including its process standards and operating controls.
- Consistently demonstrates proficiency in English with clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
