We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our Corporate Action Wealth Solution Ops team in Guangzhou. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of corporate actions processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and reconciling corporate actions, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of dividends, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate events.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong understanding of wealth products including its process standards and operating controls
- Experience in corporate actions, settlements, or securities operations will be an added advantage
- Understanding of processes, processing platforms, operations, service and technology, and ability to leverage on technology and automation, and effective risk management and governance controls including effective compliance controls, oversight
