The Associate Client Manager will be responsible for end-to-end orchestration of processes and services managed by Client Management, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience. They will engage clients throughout the process, drive execution of processes, and provide quality support and advice to Relationship Managers.
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of Financial Institutions
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Clear understanding of client needs and drive to deliver exceptional client service and experience
- Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders and execute on processes
- Ability to positively engage and build rapport with clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Problem solving skills with focus on identifying solutions and ways to progress
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of risk management and anti-money laundering principles
