Business Analyst job summary: Responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, finding opportunities to improve existing processes, and working with stakeholders to deliver and manage end-to-end change management for demands. Ideal candidate has at least 12 years of business analysis experience, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Proven ability in ADO, ADO dashboards, and reporting
- Strong ability to navigate across multiple teams located globally
