Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business for Priority products and services, achieving allocated business targets, and participating in branch sales planning. The role requires a multi-skilled individual to handle all kinds of transactions and services in the bank, convert customer leads to sales, and generate potential new leads for other parts of the bank.
Requirements
- Generate and grow the portfolio of PrB Banking customers
- Identify and prioritize activities to maximize revenue contribution from high potential customers
- Develop, implement, and execute sales plans for RMs
- Referral of prospective business to other SCB functional units
- Enhancement of the Bank's image via community activities
