Job Description: The Client Service Manager - Transaction Banking will oversee daily operations to achieve service excellence and meet goals established by the Group. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality services to customers, managing staff duties, and driving initiatives to innovate and digitize processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of experience in banking, analytical or another relevant environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of CCIB Client Coverage, Transaction Banking, and Financial Markets products
- Solid understanding FI Clearing, Correspondent Banking, Cash Processing & Investigation
- Strong analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret large volumes of information
- Proficient problem-solving skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
