We are looking for a DevOps Lead with 10-15 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure to lead infrastructure automation, drive cloud adoption strategies, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure
- Lead infrastructure automation
- Drive cloud adoption strategies
- Mentor junior engineers
- Manage and resolve issues on Kubernetes clusters on AWS, Vanilla Kubernetes
- Optimize performance in cloud and on-prem environments
- Help in sizing of cluster for the Hive
- Help team in setting up Scaling using HPA/KEDA
- Integrate with enterprise-grade monitoring using Prometheus, ELK, and custom alerting solutions
- Oversee the deployment of Kafka, Hazelcast, and ELK on cloud and on-prem environments
- Drive cost optimization initiatives
- Lead data center migration and hybrid cloud adoption strategies
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams
- Interfacing with business stakeholders for requirements management, prioritization, and documentation
- Translate Product and business requirements into Solution Design and Technical Design artifacts
- Work with the delivery/implementation teams to provide domain inputs and ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution
- Ensure adherence to standardized cloud and infra structure deployment processes
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
