Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a dynamic and seasoned leader to join its team as Executive Director, Team Head, Local Corporates, CIB. The successful candidate will lead a team of relationship managers, drive business growth, manage a portfolio of corporate clients, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management standards.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in corporate banking, with a strong track record in credit analysis, sales & marketing, and managing medium to large corporate relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing, coaching, and motivating a team.
- Proven success as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, with a preferred strong network within the local corporate business community.
- Strong sales orientation, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- High resilience and a responsible approach to risk and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to build strong relationship with internal/external senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is highly preferred.
