As a High Value Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving business targets for the SME Banking segment, acquiring new client relationships, and deepening existing client relationships. You will also be responsible for risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of similar frontline experience in SME / Commercial Banking with other banks in China
- Prior experience of onboarding clients with STO > USD25mil
- Knowledge of trade finance products, treasury and transaction management, cross-border financing
- Knowledge of SME upper segment client offerings and market / competitive landscape in the SME upper space
- Strong business understanding, credit risk analysis and financial knowledge
- Strong inter-personal skills and client relationship management experience
- Experience in prospecting, client pitching, sales and account planning
- Knowledge of processes related to client acquisition, privacy, regulatory compliance, KYC and CDD
- Experience in selling to corporate customers, specifically to small and medium enterprises (SME) preferred
- Good marketing, communication, and interpersonal skill preferred
- Willing to work under pressure
