Job Description
We are seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our team in Shanghai, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the annualized premium and intermediate income targets of the branch's bancassurance business, as well as individual targets based on the IS scorecard. They will also develop the sales of bancassurance products, track and ensure Banca license effectiveness of RM, and provide onsite training on Banca products to frontline staff.
Requirements
- University degree or above
- Training - ALE 36H & ILP 40H
- Licenses - Permanent effective Insurance Agent Certificate or passing written examination organized by insurance company
- Good communication and coaching skill
