Lead, Development position responsible for delivering product as per business requirements to application components. Key member of Trade Engineering team, facilitating team specialization, and generalization of tasks. Primarily a facilitative, servant leader and Scrum process coach.

Requirements

• Work closely with Engineering Analysts and Product Owners to ensure healthy, refined Product Backlog for the team
• Ensure coding standard followed for all the stories developed
• Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and attendance at Daily Stand-up meetings
• Remove roadblocks and obstacles where the team is not able to do so
• Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
