Lead the E2E delivery of WRB High-Net-Worth Client Onboarding services, with a focus to provide superior client experience under standard process/operating model, and adequate controls and governance at country whilst continuously optimizing for costs and resourcing. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, growth mindset, problem-solving skills, team management, process management, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Strategy: Work with Group Onboarding CoE to design standard E2E processes for HNW client onboarding experience
- Business: Collaborate with business teams/ control partners supported with robust technology solutions to achieve best-in-class HNW E2E Client Onboarding Experience
- Processes: Drive a data-driven operations, develop metrics and build data analytics to track digital origination, STP rate, TAT and productivity of different operations processes
- People & Talent: Continue to develop leadership and talents and build succession plan in different levels
- Risk Management: Proactive Risk Management and Governance, maintain high quality of the deliverables, regulatory & business conduct
- Governance: Embed Here for good and Group's brand and values
- Key Stakeholders: Internal (Country WRB Biz, Country WRB Ops Teams, Group CDD & Onboarding, CFCR, Legal, BRM), External (Government Agencies)
