Job Description
We're looking for a Manager, Balance Sheet Analytics to join our team in Chennai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning and contributing to the execution of Balance Sheet Analytics strategic goals, identifying and implementing best practices, and coordinating the delivery of Balance Sheet for Group and Clusters. Key responsibilities include strategy, business, processes, people and talent, risk management, governance, leadership qualities and characteristics, and regulatory and business conduct.
Requirements
- Understanding of the bank's products and services with specialisation in atleast one of FM, CIB, or Treasury products
- Financial Reporting skillsets & experience
- Fundamental understanding of Balance Sheet Management
- Regulatory reporting experience
- Conceptual knowhow of Balance Sheet Management metrics and its calculation methods – Liquidity, IRRBB, Capital
