Requirements
- Knowledge of Custody operations, Securities Settlements, Corporate Actions, Financial Market Operations.
- Expertise in handling CA operations handling in corporate actions.
- Good knowledge on International and Domestic Corporate actions with experience in Mandatory and Voluntary processing of events, Swift messages MT56X.
- Ability to manage any Corporate Actions type on the overall scope of the team and to become expert on specific market rules specially for Asia, Middle East and African markets.
- Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement.
- Training and coaching staff members.
- Collaborating with users and stakeholders.
- Managing KCSA related queries, Timely updation of volumes in PS tool and encouraging active participation in CSR activities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to handle variety of fast changing situations in terms of work clients’ requirements.
- Capacity to analyze, organize and report efficiently.
- Flexibility on working methods and changing international environment.
- Diligently follow the set procedures and Compliance policies.
- Knowledge of financial markets and products, and easiness/expertise in dealing with Excel.
