ML Engineer

We are seeking a technically strong Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize data-driven and AI-driven solutions. The role requires hands-on engineering capability across model development, data pipelines, and production deployment, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver reliable ML systems at scale.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Implement scalable ML/GenAI services using GenAI APIs and modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and domain experts to translate requirements into deployable ML solutions.
• Integrate models into production environments and ensure performance, reliability, and observability.
• Conduct model diagnostics, bias and drift analysis, and apply MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
• Maintain clear documentation, coding standards, and reproducibility across the ML lifecycle.
