We are seeking a talented and passionate, senior individual to join Standard Chartered as the Associate Director, Process Mining Architect in the Group Transformation Office (“GTO”).
Requirements
- Understanding the wider TTO, GTO and OE strategy and their implications to process mining
- Driving growth and branding of OE Process Mining in the bank, and helping embed bank-wide culture of sustainable continuous improvement
- Running PM discovery, analysis and optimization workshops
- Embracing lean/agile practices
- Assimilating unknown process domain and terminology quickly
- Correlating process execution with underlying data traces; locating, exploring and quality-assessing
- Collaborating with data engineering team for source data parsing, obfuscation and transformation
- Designing process analyses (Software AG ARIS or Celonis), incl. storyboarding and dashboards layout
- Validating information across multiple stakeholders and distilling common threads and recommendations
- Mitigating risks and impediments for project delivery
- Nurturing relationships, building network across key roles in business
- Reflecting on impact of changes in data scope and/or analysis approach and mitigating related risk early
- Contributing to PM community of practice
- Running PM training sessions
- Advocating for and role-modeling process-driven, end-to-end mindset
- Presenting process mining approach, project briefs and lessons learned in various business forums
- Collaborating with adjunct fields, like automation, simulation, process design
- Identifying and raising risks and missing/ineffective controls
- Engaging process and risk owners to ensure mitigation of raised risks and missing/ineffective controls
- Refining PM delivery methodology and tracking of optimization potential
- Contributing to roadmap planning and project prioritization
- Nurturing and streamlining collaboration model with PM engineering team
- Capturing lessons learned and deriving/designing scalable improvements to the PM delivery methodology
- Being aware and understanding the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
- Displaying exemplary conduct and living by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
