The Risk Business Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Risk Officers for Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) and Greater China & North Asia & ASEAN (GCNA & ASEAN) as a trusted strategic partner, shaping and implementing risk management strategies across diverse regions.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a closely related discipline
- Comprehensive training in mandatory role-specific topics, regulatory requirements, and compliance matters across the banking industry
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Proven influence and negotiation abilities
- Presence and gravitas enabling credible and impactful communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to multicultural environments
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Direct, hands-on experience in at least one risk control discipline
- Professional Accreditation such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) under the HK Institute of Bankers (HKIB)
