Senior Credit Manager, Specialized Finance (Project Finance)

The Senior Credit Manager, Specialized Finance (Project Finance) will manage credit risk as part of the second line of defense within the Specialized Finance Risk for Corporate and Commercial and Institutional Bank & Financial Markets businesses. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience in Project & Export Finance and/or Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, with sharp business acumen, strong leadership qualities, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Manage credit risk as part of the second line of defense
• Early-stage deal screening and due diligence of new transaction requests
• Influence structuring for best-in-class underwriting standards and to achieve successful and timely transaction execution and syndication
• Credit approve 1LoD prepared credit applications and rating assessments using subject-matter expertise and manage a portfolio of unique counterparties with early-stage detection of credit deterioration
• Prepare and present periodic portfolio monitoring reviews with senior 1LoD stakeholders and senior 2LoD Risk partners
