Job Description
Senior Insurance specialist responsible for achieving annualized premium and intermediate income targets, developing sales of bancassurance products, and tracking business performance. Provides onsite training on Banca products to frontline staff and is accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements.
Requirements
- University degree or above
- ALE 36H & ILP 40H
- Permanent insurance agent certificate or pass insurance company's written examination
- Good communication and coaching skill
- Proficiency in office software and Banca business data analysis
- Training and presentation skills
- Sales ability of bancassurance
