Senior Manager, Security Services Operations

The Senior Manager, Security Services Operations will be responsible for monitoring cut-offs, ensuring updates to DOI's, controlling pending instructions, tracking errors and volumes, and planning effective resourcing of staff. The role will also involve proactively communicating with department heads and managers on operational risk issues, managing remote teams, and upholding the values of the group and company.

Requirements

• Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model
• Knowledge of Custody operations, Securities Settlements, Corporate Actions, Financial Market Operations
• Ability to work with staff across locations and grades
• Excellent oral / written communication skill
• Good system skills
• Knowledge of various types of corporate action and swift message formatting
