We're looking for a Sr. Test Manager to lead our testing team and drive quality assurance across various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and experience with testing automation frameworks.
Requirements
- Perform architecture reviews, code reviews and test case reviews to ensure delivery quality.
- Define effective automation strategy, coding & design guidelines for the team.
- Manage team development, trainings and hiring needs for the project.
- Demonstrate a strong general knowledge of banking business systems and a deep understanding of financial markets flows from front to back-office systems.
- Possess an understanding of Fixed Income/Rates/Bonds Pricing and trading.
- Basic knowledge of financing risk, underwriting, forecasting, portfolio analytics and monitoring.
- Understanding for futures and options (derivatives).
- Understand the functional requirements, design, develop test cases.
- Champion and implement testing automation at every possible opportunity.
- Design, develop & maintain test automation frameworks using Java programming language.
- Design and execute high-quality test cases based on accurate business requirements analysis.
- Maintain a testing structure to facilitate future additions / amendments and ongoing execution.
- Demonstrate effective and accurate test scheduling skills in line with other project deliverables.
- Troubleshoot QA environments, diagnosing and resolving issues prior to formal testing.
- Perform root cause analysis of issues to assist in determining the source of problems & mitigate the issues with effective solution.
- Manage large teams and coordinate release testing and delivery.
- Resolve technical roadblocks for the team and mentor automation team members for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate high-level of risk awareness across various types of organizational & project related risks.
- Minimize operational risks with the platform through robust quality assurance.
- Accountable for strong QA governance.
