Manage a team covering various product categories and regions, develop and maintain policies and procedures for accounting and financial reporting integrity, and design methodologies to optimize Prudential Valuation and stress Prudential Valuation framework. Provide thought leadership and take accountability for different initiatives spanning Technology and Regulatory.
Requirements
- MBA, CA, CFA, ACCA
- Minimum 12+ years’ experience in a financial service industry
- 3+ years of People Management experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Control mindset and ability to identify and mitigate and control gaps
- Good understanding of financial market products
- Strong Product knowledge at across the core business products.
- Excellent people and resource management skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent business writing and verbal English communication skills
