Job Description
The Financial Controller will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and contribute to operational efficiency and cost management. This role is critical in supporting business decisions through detailed financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification
- 10+ years of progressive financial experience
- 3 years in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor preferred), and financial reporting tools
- Extensive experience in cost accounting in a job cost environment
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates high level of Emotional Intelligence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and pay close attention to details
