Job Description
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will lead sales activities to achieve sales targets, establish relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, and conduct RFQ studies and negotiate agreements based on customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
- A minimum of over 3 years of experience in automotive segment sales
- Good command of English and computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N3 level) is highly desirable
- Valid driving license
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
