• Engage stakeholders and customers to provide functional expertise and vision for IT solutions
• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business initiatives
• Work closely with business users to define and analyze problems and find suitable technical solutions
• Define project requirements and work with Domain Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs
