- Gross salary 31,000 - 33,000 CZK after training
- Summer and Christmas bonuses up to 14,000 CZK
- Subsidized meals - a meal allowance of 100-130 CZK per night shift
- Shift premium 10% for afternoon shifts and 25% for night shifts
- Payment for overtime 50% with production increase
- Bonus for recommending a new colleague up to 10,000 CZK in two months
