Plant Manager

As a Plant Manager, you'll be responsible for driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital, as well as developing a world-class organization and implementing strategic business objectives. The role requires a strong leadership presence, ability to deploy resources effectively, and passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years of operations leadership experience with significant performance improvement
• Experience in lean culture development and lean tool implementation
• Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication, finishing/machining, and assembly preferred
