Job Description
The Principal Workday Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and governing the technical architecture of our Workday platform. This senior-level position focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and innovative Workday solutions that support business objectives and adhere to best practice process enablement and system design principles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including architectural or solution design roles.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of multiple Workday modules, especially Core HCM and Compensation.
- Strong understanding of integration methods, Workday Extend, calculated fields, and security best practices.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure Workday solutions.
