We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager Outdoor DACH to drive impactful product launches and shape the commercial success of Outdoor brands across DACH. The successful candidate will develop go-to-market strategies, analyze market trends, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and implementation of strategically and commercially important programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable degree.
- 3-5 years demonstrable experience in a Product Marketing / Trade Marketing capacity.
- High sense of responsibility and reliability in all assigned tasks.
- Commercial Awareness - Understanding the industry, price points, the market needs and trends and translate that into actions that enable us to be ahead of the competition.
- High analytical skills and an understanding of key financial figures.
- Strong proactivity and hands-on mentality by identifying opportunities for improvement, taking initiative to address challenges, and actively contributing to team objectives.
- Effective communicator - both internally and externally.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally.
- Native German and fluent business English (verbal, written, presentation).
