Requirements
- Conduct mechanical design for hand tools.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites and vendors to develop designs that reduce scrap/loss, enhance process capability, and ensure product consistency.
- Provide technical leadership and design for manufacturing to meet product requirements and maintain part quality at competitive costs.
- Develop product specifications, workmanship standards, and performance expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
