Join our top-notch team as a Business Care Partner and deliver industry-leading service to our customers while building excellent working relationships.
Requirements
- Respond to customer communication in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage orders and process credits accurately
- Consult with Distribution Centers and Carriers to resolve issues
- Use product and process knowledge to resolve relevant issues
- Download weekly orders and manipulate fulfilled orders via MS Excel
- Work with customer portals to manage query resolution
