Job Description
Stantec is hiring a Construction Inspector to work on infrastructure projects in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction experience, knowledge of MS Office and Adobe or Bluebeam PDF, and a degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology.
Requirements
- Represent the Construction Manager and our Clients in the field
- Read and follow construction drawings
- Collaborate with construction inspection team members
- Perform construction inspections, contractor observations and communications
- Compile daily reports and safety forms
- Obtain field measurements, track quantities and complete as-built mark-ups on plans
- Join punch list walkthroughs and assist with project close-out processes
