Job Description
Regional Shared Services Coordinator coordinates daily internal needs for Montreal region sites, responding to phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Responding occasionally to phone calls, filtering, routing, and providing requested information
- Receiving and greeting visitors
- Serving as the primary point of contact for office inquiries
- Collaborating to maintain health and safety standards
- Monitoring and coordinating certain tasks related to shared services such as procurement, maintenance, and access management
- Performing various administrative tasks for internal services
