Job Description
Join Stantec's Federal Buildings group as a Senior Project Manager to support our expanding practice. Manage and lead the growth of our Indo-Pacific delivery and execution hub, and play a pivotal role in advancing Stantec's success across multiple NAVFAC and USACE contracts in the West and Indo-Pacific regions.
Requirements
- Project management and execution
- Leading integrated design for design-build and design-bid-build projects
- Developing project proposals, design execution, integrated work plans, financial oversight, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership
- Cost-based project financial management utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Maintaining client relationships and leading stakeholder meetings
- Assisting in the negotiation and development of project agreements
- Developing and managing project budget, schedule, and overall work plan
- Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and motivating project teams
- Managing and tracking change orders, applications for payment, and other contractual modifications
- Directing client invoicing and managing collections
- Negotiating and developing various contract and project delivery types
- Managing quality control of design, construction documents, and construction administration
- Ensuring health, safety, security, and environmental requirements are followed
