The HSE Officer will work on projects associated with Sewerage & Stormwater, Flood Alleviation, Wastewater Networks and Water distribution networks. The role involves site safety management, conducting safety meetings, risk assessments, and auditing for the site, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Requirements
- Responsible for overall site Safety health and environment management.
- Prepare site safety plan & procedures for site and implement safety policy.
- Conduct safety meetings at least once every month and conduct the site safety Audit and report that to the management.
- Conduct risk assessment program for the site work activities.
- Conduct Audit for the site, contractor and sub-contractor, Raise NCR, Accident, Incident Report.
- Client Service Management
- Internal and external client liaison
- Ability to build and maintain safety environment at site.
- Experience in infra project HSE supervision Management.
- Follow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner.
- Complete all work in line with Stantec Core Values and in accordance with the Stantec Quality Systems and Project Quality Procedures.
- Maintain the health and safety environment at workplace.
- Other duties as requested from time to time by the Resident Engineer.
