Requirements

• Technical Leadership: Conduct design studies from conceptual to detailed engineering for residue management systems, sterile waste dumps, and water management infrastructure.
• Design and dimension soil excavation structures, dikes, dams, slopes, and support structures, including geomembrane and filtration systems.
• Plan and direct site geotechnical investigations, from data acquisition to technical recommendations.
• Mentorship and Development: Guide and train junior and intermediate engineers, ensuring rigorous technical review of reports and deliverables.
• Deliverables and Documentation: Prepare and contribute to comprehensive geotechnical reports, including technical memos, design criteria, and detailed stability reports.
• Participate in developing technical proposals for new mandates.
