Requirements

• Project Mechanical Engineer
• Work with a team of design colleagues to conceptualize and develop full documentation
• Engage in the development of a design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies in development of three-dimensional models
• Prepare and revise documentation in various mechanical phases
• Participate in project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants
• Participate in client contact on projects to establish design criteria
• Support the preparation and coordination of the project specifications
• Conduct field surveys of existing conditions of building spaces
• Prepare field reports and punch lists
• Provide basic mentoring to junior staff
