Mechanical Senior Project Engineer - Mission Critical Facilities

Stantec's Mechanical Senior Project Engineer will guide the technical design of data center projects as a subject matter expert, mentor, and resource to the technical team. The role involves conceptualizing, executing, and ensuring quality throughout the design process to meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Assists the business development team in new project pursuits
• Manages technical project process and scope of work
• Delegates tasks to project engineers and designers
• Builds and maintains strong client relations
• Leads technical discussions and mechanical workgroups
• Coordinates with all disciplines to fully integrate work and client requests into design
• Actively participates in the data center engineering/professional community
• Identifies opportunities to improve and standardize project deliverables
• Contributes to development of design guides, technical memos, calculation templates
