Requirements
- Perform architectural acoustics and vibration design, including noise and vibration control for M&E systems
- Conduct modeling, analysis, data processing, and interpretation across a range of acoustic applications
- Develop clear recommendations and design inputs through reports, sketches, and presentations
- Oversee field reviews, shop drawing evaluations, and construction-phase guidance
- Lead site visits, surveys, and technical documentation
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all deliverables
- Lead acoustic projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget
- Integrate acoustic design within multidisciplinary project environments
- Lead or support proposal development and pursuit strategies
- Manage project financial performance and resource planning
- Maintain accountability to project milestones and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional communication
- Lead presentations, workshops, and technical discussions with clients and design teams
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support Stantec’s reputation for excellence through high-quality service delivery
- Mentor junior and intermediate staff, supporting their technical and professional development
- Provide technical direction on complex assignments and support team coordination
- Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and team standardization
- Strengthen our collaborative and inclusive NVA culture across Canadian offices
