Job Description
Join Stantec's Buildings team as a Senior Architect to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Mission Critical projects. Apply superior client service skills and project management best practices to deliver projects that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Collaborate with project leaders, design partners, and other project stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage with external partners and vendors
- Establish relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Prepare detailed design documents and reports
- Ensure compliance with design standards and regulations
