Job Description
Join Stantec's HVDC Center of Excellence as a Senior HVDC and FACTS Project Engineer to work on HVDC and FACTS projects around the world. As a key member of the team, you will support clients with front-end engineering design, technical specifications, tender evaluations, and commissioning activities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of HVDC/FACTS design and operation
- Experience in preparing technical specifications and tender documents
- Knowledge of control and protection of HVDC/FACTS technologies
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards related to HVDC transmission and FACTS
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
