Requirements

• Manage a team of design professionals and technicians
• Mentor and supervise staff and develop high-performing project teams
• Collaborate and/or coordinate complex engineering design tasks on assigned water & wastewater-related projects
• Develop project management plans for projects; establish goals and objectives for unique and complex projects
• Manage projects of varying complexity within multidisciplinary teams
