Job Description
We are managing complex, large-scale commercial projects from conceptual planning through design, construction, and occupancy. Join our construction management team to collaborate on projects that are as technically challenging as they are impactful, creative, and fulfilling.
Requirements
- Act as project manager
- Responsible for transportation structural inspection assignments
- Attend site visits
- Lead and conduct the inspection of existing bridges, culverts, and other transportation structures
- Coordinate work with clients and other disciplines
- Analyze, evaluate appropriate design solutions
- Provide direction to project team members
- Direct CAD team for drawing preparation and review deliverables
- Prepare and review technical reports, tender documents, and cost estimates
- Provide recommendations and costing on bridge, culvert and retaining walls
- Conduct business development activities to secure new projects
- Attend and participate in team progress meetings
- Available to work flexible hours
- Complete daily health and safety documentation
- Conduct regular reviews of transportation structure projects
