Senior Structural Designer

Stantec is seeking a Senior Structural Designer to work on small and medium projects independently and lead larger projects as a team leader. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of structural design codes, seismic design, and construction means and methods.

Requirements

• Independently complete calculations and drawings for small and medium projects
• Lead junior engineers in complex projects
• Communicate design issues and solutions with the design team and Owner clients
• Work within project scope, budgets, and design approach to deliver projects to clients on time, on budget, and at a high level of client service
• Nurtures existing client relationships
• Assist with development of design standards
