Requirements
- Provide senior technical leadership on transit and rail projects
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of technical deliverables
- Support project management responsibilities
- Interface closely with project managers, project controls, and commercial teams
- Serve as a senior technical point of contact with clients
- Identify and manage technical risks and integration challenges
- Support constructability reviews, value engineering, and design optimization
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, owner requirements, and internal quality management and HSSE practices
- Mentor and guide intermediate and junior engineers
