Job Description
Stantec is seeking a Civil / structural designer to contribute to the growth of their Energy & Resources BU in Pune. The role involves working on projects for utility grade electrical substations, transmission & distribution, power generation sectors, and other industries like O&G and mining. Designer will be responsible for detailed drawings, conceptual design, and ensuring project outcomes meet client and Stantec expectations.
Requirements
- Review engineer inputs and plan accordingly.
- Prepare basic layout and arrangement drawings.
- Use 2D drafting software (AutoCAD).
- Ensure designs meet specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to quality procedures.
- Coordinate with other professionals.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Consider environmental impacts.
